Yes, Bath has a new City Centre Manager who is interested in buskers and busking. His name is Andrew Cooper.
I had an informal meeting with him myself recently. Mr Cooper was keen to stress that he is in favour of busking, and would like to hear from buskers themselves, in order to discuss measures to support busking in the city.
